Hello, my name is Sheehan and I am a licensed mental health counselor in NH. I have worked with teens, adults and families in many capacities over the last 15 years. I attempt to meet clients where they are at and offer a supportive environment to meet their therapeutic goals.

I use a client centered approach, which means that the time and space I provide in therapy is driven by you. I may offer directions and support and ultimately “you drive the bus.” I am trained in many cognitive approaches and like to keep my skills and approach to therapy varied.

I attempt to set an approachable and nonjudgmental tone for all my sessions. I use humor and communication in “real” way. Your goals become my goals and I want to work on them together.
