I am an eating disorder therapist with a passion for working with BIPOC clients and emerging adults who are seeking support with ongoing ED recovery. I use a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective that incorporates therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, building emotional tolerance, and cognitive reframing to help you strengthen your sense of self.
Our identities impact our lives in so many different ways, and I'm interested in exploring intersectionality and values with you. Recovery does not stop when eating disorder behaviors do; there is much to explore and navigate. We can work together to get unstuck.
