Are you struggling with your relationship with food and body image? Has your struggle with eating and body image not been understood by medical providers and people you are close to? Have you searched for ways to navigate personal growth, identity exploration, and life transitions as part of mental health? It can be hard to pursue recovery from an eating disorder, depression, or anxiety while also navigating relationships and your career. Your eating disorder can still show up when you don't expect it to even after putting efforts in your recovery. Support can be helpful & individualized to your needs at any phase of your journey.

I am an eating disorder therapist with a passion for working with BIPOC clients and emerging adults who are seeking support with ongoing ED recovery. I use a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective that incorporates therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness, building emotional tolerance, and cognitive reframing to help you strengthen your sense of self.
Our identities impact our lives in so many different ways, and I'm interested in exploring intersectionality and values with you. Recovery does not stop when eating disorder behaviors do; there is much to explore and navigate. We can work together to get unstuck.
