I work from an integrative approach, supporting clients from all walks of life including birth to five, through childhood and adolescence, into adulthood. I focus on the treatment of general mental health, trauma related symptoms, adjustment issues, relationships challenges, and love to support anyone interested in improving their life.

With content covering the mind-body connection, the value of nourishing your body, the fun of building supportive routines and rituals, the enhancement of resilience to overcome shame, the possibility of self-compassion and self-love, and the ability to be your true, authentic self.
