I'm Sheana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Functional Medicine and Trauma Specialist. I engage with clients from a holistic perspective, considering mental, physical, and social health as equally important parts of a balanced and healthy life. Everyone deserves to feel safe and healthy and I provide a supportive space for you to work toward your goals. I offer a personalized approach to care and encourage the use of practical skills learned in therapy to improve your life.

I work from an integrative approach, supporting clients from all walks of life including birth to five, through childhood and adolescence, into adulthood. I focus on the treatment of general mental health, trauma related symptoms, adjustment issues, relationships challenges, and love to support anyone interested in improving their life.
