My experience and knowledge equip me to help people who are coping with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and parenting and relationship concerns.
Through training and experience, I have gained advanced skills in the areas of anxiety treatment, body image/eating concerns, aging/navigating the various stages of life, and women's issues including prenatal/postpartum support. I also enjoy working with young adults as they transition into their next stage of life.
