I work with adults who struggle with the impacts of complex and acute trauma, substance use, and identity exploration. I draw from my experiences working with adolescents and adults in a variety of environments, including community mental health and substance use, residential, outpatient, and private practice settings. My direct and approachable therapeutic style assures that clients feel seen, heard, and challenged in their work with me.

I center my approach around principles of community wellness, anti-imperialism, and anti-racist practices while folding in elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, sensorimotor, somatic, and psychodynamic theories. I have specialized training and certification in the treatment of complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment wounds.
