She Will Counseling
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC
"If you're willing, there's a way." That's my motto, because I feel the only prerequisite to healing is the willingness to feel better. The details of how you will heal, will reveal itself. This is good news! It means you don't have to have it all figured out to heal and there is hope. I am here to walk along side you as we work on "how" you will begin to create the life you want. To provide a safe space where you can feel accepted for who you are, as you also begin to change into who you want to be.
I also work to help women feel empowered. You can overcome your anxiety, depression, major life transition, toxic relationship, work/life imbalance, or feeling lost about your life's purpose. I specialize in using nature-based therapy, and holistic/spiritual principles such as mindfulness. I also use Cognitive-Behavioral and Narrative Therapies.
If you have a feeling we may work well together, feel free to call me so we can discuss your goals and how we may work towards creating the life you want. No one can get through life alone, so there's no shame in asking for help. Congratulations on taking this step towards healing. Wishing you much success on your journey!
