Adulthood comes with many changes along the road. Sometimes, we are in need of someone to help walk by our side and help us make sense of things. Depression, anxiety, marital issues, and grief are just a few things life throws at us to further complicate the process of life - but you do not have to sit in it forever. This will require work, from both the client and the therapist.
My goal as a therapist is to allow the collaboration of the therapist and client(s) to create a new meaning of things to assist the client in living a life they are proud of. I utilize collaborative therapy as the basis with different models blended in, based on goals and needs, to help reach the goals identified.
