Welcome! My name is Shay! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with individuals, children, and families. My approach is often client-centered and solution-focused. I use a trauma-informed lens to help guide clients in understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I can help you navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, or general stress from life. I have a passion for helping individuals through stressful life transitions. I am specially trained to provide trauma therapy (ie TF-CBT; EMDR).
