I offer online counseling to people who live in remote areas, travel frequently, or have health issues which limit their mobility. I am licensed in Florida and Illinois. I recognize that each client is unique and learns in different ways which is why I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy based on my client's needs and strengths. I treat clients recovering from trauma , abuse, anxiety, and depression. I also teach parenting, problem-solving, coping, relaxation, anger management, assertiveness, self-esteem, and communication.
My speciality is working with adults who experienced childhood trauma.
I am a former Dependency Attorney who represented parents of children removed by DCF due to abuse, abandonment, neglect. In 2008, I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling and opened Dynamic Outpatient Therapeutic Services, LLC (dots) to provide affordable therapy to motivated clients.
