For people who have experienced developmental/complex trauma, life can be incredibly painful with many different issues and symptoms that can feel so overwhelming. In therapy, we can help you access and work through the underlying wounding that has lead to the ways you have learned to protect yourself. I believe that at each person's core lays the capacity for deep healing and connection, and it is within the context of safe relationships that we can access that I believe that the therapeutic relationship serves as a sacred space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and valued without judgment.

Grounded in Attachment Theory, I incorporate somatic work, mindfulness practices, sand tray therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodrama into my sessions. I specialize in complex trauma, sexual abuse, and what is often referred to as Borderline Personality Disorder.

Beginning therapy can be an overwhelming and potentially scary experience. I honor the courage and resilience it takes, and hope to provide an experience in which you will feel seen, safe, respected, and empowered.
