I am offering 4 pro bono (free) sessions per person to those affected by Hurricane Helene. These sessions will focus on crisis stabilization, nervous system regulation, and have a spiritual component (only for those who request it). This traumatic event is one that no one saw coming. It has devastated our community of Western North Carolina and the surrounding areas. With our bodies feeling the effects of our world turned upside down and our minds grappling with the severity of the loss; it is essential that we seek the support needed to regulate and fill our own cup.
I am a trauma therapist who utilizes DBT, CBT, IFS, somatic regulation, and psychological first aid. I see clients of all backgrounds from age 13 through adulthood. I am offering virtual appointments and even phone sessions for those who do not have internet restored.
You are not alone in this. You are not expected to operate at full capacity or even at 50%. If you are struggling with trauma symptoms or feel the weight of the crippling devastation; please take me up on this offer. I will be your guide through this.
