Have you struggled with trauma or addiction? I work with people who want help supporting their recovery from a troubled life, or those affected by a loved ones struggles. I offer office based therapy, online or therapeutic horsemanship (horsemanship through a therapeutic lens).

I work from a lens of trauma, which means that symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction and others, can be as a result of unmet needs in our experiences. As we heal these wounds, there are often scars from our past. While we may not be able to make the scars disappear, my goal is to help you eliminate the pain from those wounds.
