I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families of Delaware. My experience include treatment services for Delaware's child welfare system, early intervention and behavioral health services in the school setting, and out patient mental health services.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence based treatment for those who have experienced trauma. My areas of treatment include trauma related concerns, depression, anxiety, conflict, self-esteem, adjustment, and more. I take the best treatment approach to meet the clients specific needs.
