An ongoing dialectical behavior therapy group that meets weekly for 90 minutes and takes approximately 24 weeks to complete the four skills modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. The listed price is per group. The function of the DBT Skills is to help enhance a client’s capabilities. Focus is on problematic behaviors that might provide temporary relief and often are not effective in the long-term. Clients are asked to make a one-month financial commitment in order to join the group. An initial assessment is required.

Our RO-DBT class is a structured 30-week group that meets weekly for 90 minutes focusing on building three core components: Receptivity and Openness to new experiences; Flexible-control in order to adapt to a changing environmental, and social-connectedness required to form long-lasting bonds.
