When sleep becomes something you have to chase, track, optimize, or “get right,” it often slips further out of reach. Bedtime can start to feel like a test you’re bracing to fail. You start watching the clock or negotiating with yourself about how tomorrow will go if you don’t fall asleep soon. Many people I work with aren’t just struggling with insomnia, they’re exhausted from worrying about sleep itself. Together, we can slow this cycle down. We will look at patterns that may be unintentionally keeping your system on high alert and let your body relearn what it already knows how to do.
My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic sleep difficulties. This focused process helps your brain rebuild a healthier relationship with sleep. Rather than chasing perfect sleep, we focus on calming the cycle of pressure that keeps you up at night.
