With so many challenges that we face today, it can be easy to feel stuck. I understand the overwhelming spiral that life can leave us in. We all deserve that sense of calm and clarity. In our journey together, we can work towards finding a sense of peace and explore the tools and insights that promote healing. Whether you're a child navigating school and friendship stressors or an adult experiencing relationship issues, anxiety or depression, my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with yourself. I provide individual, family and couples therapy for children, teens and adults.

I am a licensed therapist in Nebraska with 9 years of professional work experience. I have worked in an inpatient hospital setting and worked with telehealth clients on an outpatient basis. I have experience in helping clients with depression, suicidal ideation, major mental health disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, ADHD and more.
