If you’re here, you’re probably looking for more than reassurance. You’re trying to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and make meaningful shifts at a pace you can handle. My work centers on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and supporting you in shifting it in an intentional, manageable way. I'm a good fit for adults processing trauma (including complex) who want durable change, & those who like insight and building awareness in addition to coping skills. Adults only (18+). Veterans, active-duty military, and families (Tricare accepted).
I work with adults and couples primarily using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, with ACT/CBT added when useful. Sessions typically start with a check-in, move into targeted work, and end with a short review and plan between sessions.Telehealth anywhere in Pennsylvania; in-person in South Park/McMurray.
