Do you find yourself with the inability to control your emotions and experience the consequences? Do you feel empty, alone, frustrated and having trouble explaining how you feel? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) might be for you. I believe that the positive and genuine relationship between client and therapist is the most effective and transformative way to begin a therapeutic relationship. I strive to welcome clients into a calming, safe, enjoyable and non-judgmental space where we can work on hard things together.
While DBT is the gold standard treatment for those with Borderline Personality Disorder, it is also beneficial for those who are experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. I am deeply passionate about DBT and enjoy sharing it with clients.
I am the Director of Restore DBT Programming and a Certified DBT Provider (C-DBT). I am receiving intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy through the Linehan Institute.
