Accepting new clients! Now opening schedule for 6pm and 7pm virtual sessions on Mon, Tue and Thursdays to assist working adults and young adults. I am also in office Wed and Friday from 7am to 7pm for in-person therapy. I specialize in providing care for individuals dealing with trauma, loss, anxiety disorders, depression and spirituality. I use a cognitive behavioral approach that is easy going and relaxed. I like to incorporate mindfulness practices, breathing techniques and DBT principles which are easy to approach. I am very excited to be able to work with you and look forward to assisting you to becoming the best you possible!
I am excited to work with clients of all backgrounds and socioeconomic status. My specialty areas are ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and/or grief counseling. I offer a gentle counseling style that helps the client to reflect and discern problem areas in thought or actions and help the client to break free from complex cognitive distortion patterns.
