I work well with anyone carrying more than their share of stress: burnout, compassion fatigue, or trauma. That includes people in demanding, high-responsibility roles, first responders among them, but also professionals and caregivers whose lives have asked them to function under pressure for too long. Having spent nearly a decade as a 911 dispatcher myself, I bring real lived understanding of high-stress work into the room. Alongside my colleagues at Bloom Therapeutics, I help clients process what they've carried and rebuild sustainable coping skills.
My specialty is burnout, vicarious trauma, and the toll of sustained high-stress living, grounded in my own background as a 911 dispatcher and certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management and as a Certified First Responder Associate. My style is laid back and adaptive: structured or exploratory, whichever serves you better.
If you're running on empty, carrying the weight of a traumatic event, or wondering if you're even allowed to feel burned out when your job is to help others, you're not alone, and you don't have to carry it by yourself. I'd be glad to talk it through with you. Reach out whenever you're ready; I'm here.
