Hi, I am so glad you're here! I am currently accepting new clients with daytime availability Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. I foster a non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen and understood. I work best with clients who are open and ready to make changes in their lives. I specialize in working with adults who experience trauma disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and motherhood/fertility challenges. As a Veteran, I am also very knowledgeable in working with Military/Veterans, and First Responders.
My approach to therapy is trauma-sensitive and collaborative, focusing on your individual needs and preferences. Drawing from a holistic lens, I integrate elements of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
Healing is not linear and not easy to navigate on your own. I’d like to meet you where you are and embrace where you want to go. Together, we can work side by side to help you emphasize your strengths and navigate life's challenges so you can create a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
