I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington State. My clinical work focuses on helping adults who have experienced trauma and relationship challenges that often manifest as emotional and psychological symptoms. In my Practice I utilize a range of evidence-based modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, ERP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Grief therapy.

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique concerns, needs, and goals. I view behavior as inherently relational — shaped by how we perceive and engage with the world around us. This perception is formed from what we have experienced in the past. Without this insight it can be difficult to break unwanted cycles.

Finding a therapist can feel intimidating. I believe that it is my role, as your therapist, to create a safe and trusting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, while learning new tools and techniques to explore solutions to problems bringing you discomfort.
