The idea of looking in the mirror has been difficult lately and you are contemplating whether or not you can/want to put forth the effort in making change! I understand this conviction inside and out. In sessions, I specifically address trauma, addiction, mood disorders, loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Specializing in addiction and being in practice for 17 years, I'm well-equipped to work with clients who have co-occurring diagnoses (mental health illness and addiction). My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you become more introspective, expressive, and action-oriented. I work with teens/adults/family.
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Work integrates a trauma-informed lens, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer recovery coaching and individual counseling. I provide assessments and can guide you to an appropriate level of care if acuity is high!
