I am an LPC in the state of Texas with an MA in Counseling from Prairie View A&M and a BS in Psychology from Texas Christian University. I specialize in Mindfulness-based CBT and a Person-Centered Approach to support clients' desire to heal, evolve, and find balance in their lives as they heal from unhealthy (past and current) relationships.
