I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and EMDR Therapist. I earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver. I specialize in working with those who have experienced childhood, military, or adulthood trauma, high-risk youth, women, older adults, military families, and those who are caregivers to older adults. I serve individuals via telehealth in North Carolina, Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, and South Carolina.

These stages can include gaining clarity on one's life purpose, building motivation, establishing a self-care routine, enhancing communication skills, cope with grief after a significant loss, and managing everyday life stressors.
