I am a licensed clinical psychologist who delivers evidence-based treatment to adults. I offer a humanistic and affirmative approach and am passionate about supporting the holistic wellness of my clients. In an often harsh and exclusive healthcare system, I will do everything in my power to nurture you, validate you, and honor your value so you can safely explore and heal. I work to bring curiosity, authenticity, and lots of humor to my practice. I want to hold space to explore, heal, and expand through a blend of humanistic and behavioral techniques. I have spent my career working with adults navigating mental health concerns.
My training includes extensive experience working in VA Healthcare Systems, where my focus was in treating veterans with PTSD, anxiety disorders, and depression. I have specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and have advanced training in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
As a queer nonbinary member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am particularly interested in exploring the unique issues, strengths, and gifts of our diverse community with you. This extends to those who are coming out, exploring sexual or gender identity, and/or anyone moving toward being your most authentic self.
