I help teens and young adults with anxiety, depression, and chronic illness build skills for life’s ups and downs. With therapy, you can recognize, navigate, and decrease anxiety symptoms. Together, we will foster your resiliency, coping skills, and master goals. anxiety can feel scary, but can feel manageable once you know how it works!

Asking for help can be a difficult, but necessary part of your journey. I would be honored to support you in processing emotions and experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology techniques help guide treatment, but I know "one size does not fit all." Each session will be tailored to fit your needs and goals.
