Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in rural Texas. I received my education from Tarleton State University and have been practicing for 24 years. I help clients who are struggling with Depression, Anxiety, and overwhelming life situations find new ways to look at their life. I worked as a Licensed Social Worker prior to becoming a counselor. This approach has added a unique perspective to my practice and scope of expertise. In our first session together, we will discuss history information that will help me better understand your unique needs and challenges.
Together we will then develop a plan for our future work together. Having worked with many varied populations for the past 24 years, I have developed many creative ways to approach client's struggles and need for resources. I take pride in using practical and tested approaches to help clients achieve their goals.
