I am a clinical psychologist who is passionate about bringing evidence-based treatments to clinical settings. I provide treatments for OCD, Tourette/tic disorders, anxiety, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Inference-Based CBT for OCD, Habit Reversal Training (HRT)/Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) for tics, as well as ABA and social skills training using the PEERS model for individuals with autism. For children, I also emphasize parent training to equip parents to support their child's therapy goals.
During our sessions we will work together to come up with an explanation for your symptoms based on your life experiences as well as current thought and behavior patterns. We will address those problem areas in a systematic and hands-on way during sessions so you will feel confident to continue practicing your skills between sessions too.
I am a therapist who is goal-oriented, gives concrete skills to manage symptoms, and creates opportunities for you to break away from unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns.
