Hi, I'm Shawna (She/Her/Hers). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I am dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals I encounter. My professional background spans working with children, adolescents, and adults. My primary focus is on child and adolescent therapy, and I am deeply passionate about supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, phase-of-life transitions, ADHD, daily stress management, and overall well-being.

I integrate various approaches including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, strength-based therapy. I am also trained in trauma processing therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
