About
I use a goal oriented approach to help individuals, couples and families who are struggling with a relationship or a challenging life transition. Many times these struggles cause anxiety, depression, anger or resentment. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable and compassionate environment to help my clients work through these challenging times. As a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, I provide premarital and marital enrichment counseling to couples. I am also a trained Discernment Counselor.
Different than couples counseling, Discernment Counseling is short term and assists couples when one or both parties are considering separation or divorce. I help couples gain greater clarity and confidence in their decision making about the future based on a deeper understanding of what's happened to their relationship.
I have two daughters and spend most of my free time chauffeuring them to their various activities and asking them to get off their electronics.
