I understand whole-heartedly the challenges that women face when experiencing infertility, pregnancy, grief/loss, trauma & postpartum depression and anxiety. Women often feel stressed out by the transition to parenthood, adjusting to new roles, relationship challenges, major career decisions, caring for a baby and parenting young children. I’ve dedicated my career to helping families thrive, grow and heal and we will work together to help you feel like yourself again.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, EMDR, trauma, attachment, anxiety, evidenced-based treatments and culturally informed care. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Illinois and earned my Master’s degree from Northwestern University in 2002.
