I’m a down-to-earth therapist who ditches the stiff, formal, clinical mask for real, human conversation. My ideal clients are everyday people-busy parents, overwhelmed professionals, and anyone feeling stuck, exhausted, or running on empty.

I combine a relaxed, conversational vibe with practical, evidence-based tools (like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness). I don't just sit there and nod; we work together to untangle the chaos. I offer a mix of virtual and in-person sessions (Mon-Sat) to meet you where you are & offer sessions for children, teens, adults, and families.

You won’t get a robotic and clinical nod or confusing jargon here. I bring a down-to-earth, relatable, and authentic approach to therapy-meaning you can show up exactly as you are, use real language, and feel completely safe and understood.
