I specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, women’s issues, self esteem/ confidence and coping with the challenges of daily life. I completed my Master of Social Work degree at University of Illinois- Chicago, Jane Addams College of Social Work
I have experience using evidence based treatment models: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused, and Solution Focused Therapy.
