I have received advanced certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a specialized trauma therapy for helping clients who suffer from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. In addition, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy to assist couples and families in identifying negative communication cycles and building safety in the relationship.
I look forward to helping my clients define strengths, regulate the nervous system, and develop healthy attachments and bonds so they can be used as a roadmap to overcome barriers.
