Hello, I'm Shawn Winton, and I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field.
I offer Telehealth Counseling for relationships, addictions—including alcohol, drugs, gambling, and pornography or sex addiction. I also provide trauma counseling using EMDR, grief counseling, and relationship counseling with the Gottman Method, along with tools to manage anxiety and depression.
Community Connections Counseling offers specialized services to support individuals and families through various challenges. Our practice focuses on treating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addictions, and facilitating family healing through couples, marriage, and family counseling.
