I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, identity struggles, betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, marriage issues, spiritual identity, faith crisis, mixed faith marriages, and problematic patterns that prevent you from being happy. I work particularly well with teens and their parents–and have experience working in adolescent residential treatment. I also work well with issues relating to adoption and attachment.
I have training in EMDR to treat trauma and training in ART (advanced resolution therapy) as well as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I love horses and have previously worked in equine therapy. I have a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Texas.
