Dedicating much of my clinical work to helping adolescents, young adults, adults, and families, I have experience providing individual therapy for all ages and groups, including pre-marital work. I assist clients coping with stress, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, marital and relationship issues, loss, eating disorders, oppositional behavior, life-skills work, adoptions/foster care, parenting issues, sexual identification struggles, and any life changes. I am passionate about helping my clients turn difficult experiences into opportunities for growth. I understand that stressful situations can be overwhelming.
When hardships and challenges are met with a new sense of hope and strength, great things can happen and make a lifelong impact. Each client faces unique stressors. Therapy is a confidential, team-oriented approach. In an intuitive, compassionate, and non-judgmental way, I help clients find healing and strength.
I encourage clients to be active participants in sessions to gain a sense of autonomy and control early in therapy. My clients will have a safe place to work on their goals. I use a flexible therapeutic approach utilizing evidence-based modalities as each client's needs are unique to them and their struggles. Clients will live more authentic, healthy lives.
