About
Life can have its challenges and often cause us to feel distressed and unbalanced. You may have hoped with time, things would somehow get back to a place where you could feel good about life, but the loss, the pain, the struggle has been too great. You may have discovered that after an intense battle with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma, time is not the only thing you need to heal. Yet, time has come to serve you. It is in this moment you have chosen to face your fears, overcome your challenges, and adopt tools which will help you to find peace and balance. Today, you begin your journey toward wellbeing.
As your counselor, I am here to assist you in exploring the deeper dimensions of your life. In a safe space created just for you, we will assess the problem, and chart a course toward wellness. I will partner with you in the most authentic manner, as we identify and process your thoughts and feelings. I will share tools which can be applied to your life.
What lies within our state of being is often reflected in how we see the world and our role in it. Sharpening one’s insight can instill clarity of thinking, create healthy boundaries and facilitate sound judgement. I support you in your growth and development and your commitment to work toward change. Let’s get started. “What you seek is seeking you.” ~ Rumi
