With 20 + years experience, I have counseled people just like you. I start with learning what has brought you to this moment in time, providing assessments and working with you to set therapy goals. I am certified as a trauma therapist, using TF-CBT, DBT, and EMDR techniques. You will find our center is safe, inclusive, and welcoming so you can find healing.
