I work with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship stress using a parts-based approach. I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and a Certified First Responder Counselor, specializing in couples therapy, teens, and first responders. My work focuses on emotional regulation, communication, and trust.
In therapy, I will meet you where you are at and help you feel seen, heard, and valued. I use an attachment-based, culturally sensitive approach, integrating IFS, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy to help you build self-compassion, clarity.
