I get to know you...the real you. I dedicate time to hear where you have been and how those experiences helped shape who you are today. Next, we identify the roadblocks that have kept you stuck. Lastly, we move into solutions. We work together to identify strategies and the most effective ways to implement them.
This is where the rubber meets the road and you really start breaking free. Over the past twenty years I have seen hundreds of marriages and families heal from the brink of destruction. I have seen men, women, and children break free from the bonds of depression, anxiety, and passivity.
