I believe change is possible and that every client comes with strengths to be built upon. My approach is warm, accepting, validating and supportively challenging. During our first session, I will gather information regarding your specific situation, and then together we will develop a treatment plan that will give us direction and focus for your specific goals. I will understand your need to be known and at the same time, your need for change. I utilize a unique variety and blend of clinical modalities and psycho-educational skills.
I offer individual therapy in person and online to Washington State Residents. I am a certified ADHD clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP), Level 3 Gottman Therapist, and have specialized training and clinical experience in DBT, shame psychology, and integrative polyvagal theory for trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, attachment and more.
