About
I work with men of all ages who are trying to find their path. Life transitions are difficult, but every person has great potential. When anxiety, depression or negative thought patterns take hold, they can obscure your path forward. Though it is important to address these symptoms, I put the greatest focus on what is beneath. I believe that once you identify what you want and know what stands in your way and how to overcome it, you are more motivated to work towards your goals.
I have a diverse background having worked in wilderness therapy, post-wilderness therapy transition, and in school, day treatment, and group home settings. I have been in private practice for over 5 years helping my clients confront a variety of issues, some of which include depression, anxiety, drug use, trauma, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The most important piece of my approach is relationship development. I often utilize interactive activities, especially in the outdoors, to create positive connections. My goal is to build a strong and trusting connection with you, so you want to share, explore, and grow with my support.
