My primary modus operandi is cognitive behavioral therapy, helping people effect positive changes in their lives by teaching them how to change their belief system. This allows a person to regain control of their emotions and behavior patterns.
I consider myself an eclectic therapist who primarily focuses on helping people change their belief system to change emotional and behavioral responses to situations. It’s very effective for behavioral issues, anxiety, phobias, depression, PTSD. I also use a person-centered approach and motivational interviewing to guide people toward self-actualization.
I understand what it’s like to struggle through life, sometimes wondering if it will ever get better, whether it’s a job loss, death of a loved one, or termination of a long-term relationship you thought would last forever. I will walk by your side as we explore these issues together and work towards your ideal self and self-actualization.
