I enjoy working with people of all ages, in individual, family, and couples therapy. Through my training, I am able to help people with a variety of life stressors including depression, anxiety, anger management needs, ADHD, grief, marital problems, addiction, and many other ailments. Through an integrated approach to therapy utilizing many different techniques, I will help you to understand your own thoughts and emotions. You will learn skills to help you develop and execute your own solutions to the problems in your life. It would be my privilege to help, when you are ready to make these life changes.
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, my goal is to help you understand that your thoughts impact your emotions and behaviors.
