I help clients either heal from a past traumatic relationship, improve a current one or prepare themselves for a new one. My clients often want to learn how to resolve conflicts, advocate for their needs and set boundaries. Sometimes my clients identify as people pleasers and want to learn how to listen to their own needs. I help guide my clients on their healing from the inside out.

My Certification in Domestic Violence helps me to educate my clients on identifying b toxic behaviors and normalizing having healthy relationships.
