I work with high-achieving women who are over the self-abandonment and ready to reconnect with themselves. Women who've carried trauma, navigated loss, and racked up achievements all while sacrificing their own well-being. Women who look around and think, "Seriously, how did I get here?" and want a real answer.
I help women navigate trauma, grief, and loss, not just the grief of losing loved ones, but the grief of not living the life you imagined, of losing yourself in the process of becoming "successful," of sacrificing your truth for approval. This work is about reclaiming all of you.
My approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based therapy with spirituality and ancestral wisdom. Healing happens when we treat the whole person mind, body, and spirit. I also work with fellow healers who understand the unique challenges of holding space for others while needing space for themselves.
I work to provide not only a listening ear but also strategies and a concrete plan of action address your discomfort.
