Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck despite being highly self-aware. They have read the books, listened to podcasts, and spent years trying to understand themselves, yet still find themselves caught in the same emotional patterns, relationships, or cycles of overwhelm. I enjoy working with teens and adults (ages 13+) who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions, particularly those who tend to intellectualize their experiences and are looking for a deeper path toward healing.
I am trained in DBT and somatic therapy, combining practical skill-building with a deeper understanding of the nervous system. I help clients explore the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical experiences to support meaningful, lasting change.
For many people, healing involves more than insight alone. Trauma and chronic stress can be held not only in memory but also in the body. Together, we increase awareness of these patterns, build practical coping skills, and support meaningful change.
