My primary focus is young adults (18 and over) although I am open to working with anyone over the age of 18. I specialize in helping those who are struggling with trauma whether that is past or present, struggling with neurodivergence, or in a life transition. I help others work through feelings of loneliness, lack of self esteem and confidence to become their most authentic self to live the life they want to live.
I am very familiar and work well with trauma as well as diagnosis such ADHD, BPD, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, Anxiety and Depression. I can provide coping skills to help you while also providing psychoeducation and support in different ways for different clients.
Sometimes life is hard and we need someone to help us navigate it. I would love to help you move forward, upward and feel less alone. Therapy is a space for us to say all the things we may not be able say elsewhere. I am happy to be that person and help you navigate through all the thoughts, feelings, and emotions in which you may experience.
